Two booking items – two problems

    I have one product where I have set it so customers can pick a time to book but the time selector dropdown has no content and on my other item it WAS working perfectly but now when you select a date and number of persons etc. and click Book Now it returns “Invalid Selection” every time. I want to love this plug-in but although it should provide everything I want, at present it offers me nothing at all!!

    Check the settings you have made.

    It usually happens when there is some kind of inconsistency in the plugin settings.

    Could you please provide the configuration you have done and what you intend to do?

    This to book out a product for three days at a time, the cost is ￡30.00. The booking needs to capture the number of people using the product but there is no extra charge. We have 3 products available to be booked out at the same time (max booking per slot)

    Consider Persons Count as Separate Booking [Enabled]

    Base Price for 2 Hours: 3.5
    Multiply by Persons count [Enabled]

    Minimum Advance Booking: 1 Day
    Maximum Advance Booking: 30 Days

    Booking Start Time: 9:30
    Booking End Time: 14:30

    Slot Increment for time sele(c)tor dropdown: 1 hour

    Buffer Period: 1 hour

    Availability Rules

    Week Days: Mon, Sun [Not Bookable] Priority: 10

    This is to book a pottery painting slot in store – there are three tables available, a maximum of 6 per table. The cost is ￡3.50 per person. bookings run from 9.30am to 4.30pm and last an hour with an hour buffer in between (if a slot has been booked) Booking are NOT available on Mondays and Sundays.

    I have resolved the issue with the dropdown Start Time selector (I hadn’t used the 24 hour clock so the End Time was earlier than the Start Time – BUT – with both when I try to place a booking it tells me I have made an INVALID SELECTION.

    I have now purchased the Pro version of the plug-in to see if that helps. It does not. I am still getting Invalid Selection on any attempt to make a booking.

    I have now resolved this myself – ultimately it was a conflict with another plug-in.
