Two attribute filter not loading

    hi, i am considering to purchase this plugin as it shows the instock items by filters.

    i have a problem when i search with one filter it loads immediately, such as category or size or whatever. But when i choose the second filter for example category and after size, the page stays loading.

    i have lazy loading off

    can you let me know what might be the issue?

    Hi @wmnmalta,

    Please provide the url where I can see the issue.

    Most likely your server don’t like “|” in the url we use. This can be fixed by updating server settings or by turning on Nice Urls option in the paid version of the plugin.

    you could be right, as on my local mamp, it works flawless

    so this can be changed by a paid version?

    can i ask you another question about styling of price draging to have it similar to woocommerce layout?

    AJAX request with 2+ filters provides:
    Status Code: 403 Forbidden.

    Your server don’t like “|” in the url we use. This can be fixed by updating server settings or by turning on Nice Urls option in the paid version of the plugin.

    Right now this is possible only with custom CSS. We are working on adding new skins for the slider and other elements

    hi Dima,

    plugin purchased. can we have some support to change. also if need be we have access to cpanel to change the | from the server side!

    Please login to berocket.com , open plugin support forum and create a ticket there.

    For the issue with “|” symbol please open plugin settings page tab SEO and turn on option to change urls and nice urls.
