Two attempts to login

Hi, thanks for the excellent Fronted Dashboard plugin.

I have a problem when logging in, when I enter my username and password, the screen refreshes and asks me to enter my information again. That was before I added the captcha. My question is that if this problem had already detected you? I am currently on a shared hosting of Godaddy and the topic I am using is radcliffe-2-wpcom
