Two Actions in "on_sent_ok'

I need to combine two sequential actions as part of the “On_Sent_OK’ hook:

1. Download a file
2. Redirect to another page

on_sent_ok: “location = ‘file2download.zip’;”
on_sent_ok: “location = ‘newpageaddress.com’;”

Is it possible? How?
