Twitter will only import 100 tweets

    When I try to import my tweets, it will only pull 100 of them. The first three batches show 58 imported, 0 imported and 54 skipped, and then 42 imported and 0 skipped. Then it continues with 5 or 6 more batches (different every time) and each time it shows 0 imported and somewhere around 60-70 skipped. End result is only 100 tweets imported.

    I think I solved my problem.

    I had successfully imported all my tweets at one time. I was testing some import hooks, and ended up deleting all of them so I could re-import them. For some reason, there was some stale data in the post_meta table. I wiped out all the posts and post_meta records and it worked fine the next time.

    Unfortunately, I have been unable to duplicate it to see where exactly it happens.

    That definitely sounds like it would be the cause. If there are old entries in the database then the importers will only be querying since the most recent one found in there (that’s how it does the ongoing auto-import process as well).
