Twitter Tools to Facebook

I use Twitter Tools to announce new WP blog posts on my Twitter account, and would like to do the same to also announce them on my Facebook page at the same time. From what I read it can be done, but I can’t figure out how to do it. I’m not a programmer, but am good at following directions if they’re clear and complete. Can anyone help?
