Twitter Tools not sending URL

Hello,
I’m using Twitter Tools to update my twitter with the posts on my blog but unfortunately the URL to the post is not being sent at all -> see here .
It’s being used with the bit.ly feature but I don’t get neither the shortened bit.ly url nor the original url on my twitter account.
Any idea why this could happen and how I can fix it?
