Twitter Tools – moving the time position

I have installed Twitter Tools on my photography blog however, I would like to know how to move the time of the tweet from the end of the current line of the tweet, to below the end of the tweet on its own line, as per the way this blog does it?

Also, I have managed to have links in the plugin open in new windows but would also like to know what code to change to get the @replies to do the same. The guide I followed (from the blog mentioned above actually) only has a guide for time stamp and url links.
