• I’ve been using Rich Text Widget for clients who would like to alter content on areas of their website that aren’t part of the main pages or posts. Its worked fairly decently.

Recently a client asked to be able to have a new blog-post be created each time he posts something on twitter. I said “no problem” and downloaded Twitter Tools.

After experiencing blank-page syndrom when activating it I went through the process of disabling all the plugins I had and re-enabling them one by one.

Rich Text Widget causes Twitter Tools to give this error:
Fatal Error: Cannot redeclare aktt_widget() (previously declared in /mysite/plugins/twitter-tools/twitter-tools.php:981) in /mysite/plugins/twitter-tools/twitter-tools.php on line 981

I’ve tried alternate plugins, like “Twitter for WordPress” and each has the same problem.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to go about fixing this problem, or other plugins I can try that allows Twitter to create posts on WordPress?

    Thanks!

    – Edit:
    Its WP: 3.0 – Twitter Tools 2.3.1 – Rich Text Widget 2.8.2
