Twitter Tools

I am using WP 3.5 and the latest version 1.5.1 of WL CMS. My client wants to use Twitter Tools. It installs a Menu Item. How can I have this menu item show up?
This could be a generic problem as there other plugins that install their own menu items for added functionality and it would be handy to be able to see and use them.
