Twitter Tab not Updating Followers

    Hi,

    First of all, great plugin, I was just ready to commence creating one like this for my site (as I had exactly the same functionalities in mind).

    I’ve an issue though, the twitter tab doesn’t update the followers – I ran a campaign with the help of friends and other marketers and gained 70+ followers for the site but still the followers in tab are the old ones in number.

    Can you please help?

    PS: Have been working on site for about 3 months now (designing, development and adding content on daily bases) but haven’t made it live for the subscribers and public until now.

    It’s not updating for us here, unfortunately. The website is 3bests dot com.

    I’d like to add one more message before I move on trying another plugin. It would be really great if you could please add a tab for the RSS feeds subscription as well. I think this will make the plugin perfect and clean.

    And yes, another bug is, the twitter tab containing the site twitter name doesn’t load towards the site’s twitter, it instead, leads to the twitter-fanbox.com box editing page. I think it should be leading towards the twitter page of the site, as like the FB and G+ tabs are functioning.

    Thanks for your report,

    First thing twitter doesn’t permit to access the feed just like facebook and gplus. So it is needed to configure the twitter profile api and its not actually easy thing to do for a general people. When we are thinking about the most easiness thing to provide in this plugins then we decided to integrate twitter likebox by twitter-fanbox.com help. Its easy to setup . is not it ?

    We are thinking about the rss feed. Hopefully next version !!!

    Hi,

    Thank you for considering my suggestion about RSS and ok, the twitter box thing makes sense. But how about the twitter followers not showing correctly in it? I’ve more than 70 followers on twitter, but the box shows only 4. Any idea please?

    Oops, if you can see, it must be some sort of plugin or cache problem at my hand. Ok, I’ll sort it out, many thanks and sorry for the confusion.
