    Hi,

I have tried putting in the Twitter shortcode into the Kanset site (you can see it on the home page right hand column – under News and Events) but the tweets aren’t appearing. I have also tried looking through your support and trying out a few things that I found there… but unfortunately I can’t get it to work.

Can you please let me know what I can do to fix this.

    Thanks!

Right now your account only shows retweets and you have no for that option in the shortcode. You have to either make that yes or actually post some tweets you type on twitter ??

Thanks for the super quick response Spencer!

And thanks for pointing out that very obvious error. I have tried turning on retweets – see shortcode below – but still nothing is appearing. Any ideas?

No problem! It is working from my test so that is good news. I think to fix this problem all you need to do is empty the cache from the admin bar of Feed Them Social or from the settings page -> global options tab of our plugin.
