Twitter Share Uses Different Title Than Page

For reasons we cannot explain, when the share via Twitter button is clicked on this page, it shows the correct URL but uses a totally different title. We’ve combed this page up and down and looked at every single piece of metadata, the SEO title, WP title, etc….the title it’s showing for Twitter appears nowhere anywhere on this page or in the backend. Why is it doing this?
