Twitter share issue

Hi,

When I click the twitter share icon, it opens twitter with :

“Hey, check out this cool site I found: https://www.yourname.com #Topic via@my_twitter_name https://acriention.com/choisir-son-ecole/”

1- So my website only appears at the end and not in place of https://www.yourname.com
2- Also, how can I make it all in french? (Check out this cool site I found)
