Twitter Share Count Missing

I’m seeing this problem on my own blogs and around the web. Looking at the html source it looks like the URL to request data from Twitter is truncated.

I see: src=”//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js”

Rather than: src=”https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js”

Anybody with the solution for this big issue? Thanks!

we launched a fix for that on twitcount.com last week and we would be interested in adding it to Digg Digg too.

Yes! Please add it to Digg Digg.

Oh god yes, please fix digg digg for twitter share count

I guess it looks like Digg digg is abandonware at this point
