Twitter publicize not working with cyrillic title and yourls

Hi jetpack team. I’ve got problem with sharing my posts with your plugin. When my post title is written in cyrillic the link posted on my twitter is wrong. I use my own yourls site for short ulrs and yourls plugin from wordpress.com. With WP to Twitter plugin all works fine, but I want to use your great plugin for all sharing stuff. Can u help me?
