Twitter Profile Tracker doesn't work

Hello, does your Twitter Profile Tracker work anymore?

I installed your plugin, and the Twitter Search Tracker works fine for me.
The Profile Tracker does not.

This is what I see:

Can someone check this out please?
I’d really like to use the Profile Tracker, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

I’m using the latest version of WordPress: 3.4.2
