Twitter Posting Broken With Update 3.7.11

I’m unable to get posts to cross-post on our Twitter with a URL. All the settings were the same, tried both %URL% and %SURL%, re-adding, etc, no dice. I’m a pro user, very unhappy as there seems to be nothing else causing this (I’ve tested disabling other plugins).

Please fix this..
