Twitter oEmbed adds Twitter widgets.js code multiple times

  • When using Twitter oEmbed functionality the Twitter widgets.js code gets added for every embedded tweet. Wouldn’t it be more elegant to just add it once in wp_head or wp_footer if an oEmbedded tweet is present?
