Twitter – no email address – not asked to enter it

  • Hi there,

    when somebody registers on our site using Twitter it always simply creates an new user with a dummy email address.

    We checked the option “Yes, require the user to enter his email address manually and display this message:” but it stills creates a new user with a dummy address an no message appears to enter the email manually.

    Any ideas what may be the problem and how to solve it?

    how to force the user to input the email address, if the social network does not provide the users email address?
