Twitter links being added to my URL's

My site keeps creating an additional twitter url to every url that I create. It is causing my website to have a number of 404 errors appearing. I’m not sure why this is happening.

Please can someone advise. Obviously I could delete all of the pages in my root directory but this would not resolve the issue of future web urls being created.
