Twitter like website

I installed GTD, but I want more than that.

I need the homepage to be like a portal to show the recent updates of all members. And after registering, each member has independent page to publish and list their tweets, and they can change their domain name too, like twitter.com/xxx.

Do we have this kind of theme?
