Twitter follow button shortcode

Hey there, is there a way to convert shortcode from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com?

So shortcode for a “twitter follow button” on .com was [twitter-follow screen_name=’username’ show_count=’yes’ text_color=’00ccff’]

but since I have recently moved from .com to .org it is showing up as just text now. Is there a plugin or easy way to get that to show as a button? I want to be able to place a follow button where ever I want in the body of the post.
