    Hi,
My twitter feed was working fine for a couple days, then just stopped displaying. Now it only sees “powered by feed them social”

I’m using WP Fastest Cache. I tried clearing this cache and clearing the cache inside of feed them.
Do I need to do a special exclusion in WP Fastest Cache?

    Thanks for your help,
    Mark

We’ve had the same problems as @markdigidigi so would appreciate the developers respond to this.

If any more information is need please let me know.

    Hey @markdigidigi @mr-silly-bear
We aren’t sure what exactly is going on. Previously, we had issues with Twitter suspending our account but now on our developers account we have no such notifications and the app token and secrets appear to be returning properly but when returned are not working. We are in the process of searching deeper into it and have submitted a ticket on Twitter’s developer forum. We are working to figure this out as quickly as possible. You can see the ticket here:

Thanks for your patience in this matter,

The twitter feed just started working again on our end. Try getting a new set of tokens by clicking the button on the Twitter Options page and check your feed again. No clue at this point why things stopped working. We are waiting for further feedback from the twitter developer forum.

    Hi,

Thanks for the replies. It started working again before you replied, but now it’s stopped again. Below the Token info it says “Oh no, something’s wrong”. I’ve tried removing the token and adding again.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Hey @markdigidigi,
It appears to still be working on our end. Did you replace the plugin with another? As I don’t see the error on your demo site. No problem if so just curious ??

    Thanks,
    Justin

I have the same problem. do you already have some fix for it ?

    Hey @bulletrainy,
Is it working now for you? We are trying to reach out to Twitter to see what is happening. We’ll keep you posted.

    Thanks,

@slickremix It was working for me for a week but now it’s stopped again.

Below the twitter access token it say “Oh no, something’s wrong”

Here’s the page where I’ve placed the widget at the bottom right (you can see it’s just a blank space) — https://rojavs.dreamhosters.com/

    Thanks for your help!

Okay now it’s back again… is this going to keep happening?

Not really sure what is going on, looks like we will have to do some more digging. Pretty sure this is Twitter limiting the API calls.

Great news! Twitter approved our original rate limit before the changes they made on July 19th, so everyone should be good to go. Let me know if you run into any troubles of course and thanks again for your patience through this rough patch.
