    Hi there,

    A few months back the twitter section on my site stopped updating. There are no errors, but the newest post showing is from 2 months ago. I tried clearing the token which created an error on page (as expected) and the reconnected to the twitter feed with a new token, but the newest post is still from 2 months ago.

    facebook and Insta are fine and updating correctly.

    Hoping someone can help me get things back up to date.

    Hi @mathlete76,

    Make sure you are running the latest version of the Feed Them Social plugin(s).

    Try Clearing the cache by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

    Then, make sure your Feed Them > Twitter Options are set how you need them. Be logged into the Twitter account you need to display. Click the ‘Login and get my Access Token’. Even if there’s an error, scroll to the bottom and click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button. Go to the Feed Them > Settings, generate a new shortcode and try again.

    Hi Chris, Thanks for reply.

    I have now done all of the above and still have the same issue.

    Cleared cache, no change.
    Logged into twitter and got access token no problem. Saved changes. generated shortcode and put it in place of the previous one (it was the same BTW, but I did it anyway), and did a CTRL+F5 on the site to reload without cache.

    It still shows the same tweets as before. There are 4 newer tweets which are not displayed.

    Hi @mathlete76,

    It’s possible that another plugin or theme is interfering. However, first try to deactivate your Feed Them Social plugin, then reactivate and try again.

    If that doesn’t help, try deactivating all other plugins besides the Feed Them Social plugins temporarily. Then test to see if it works. If this works, try reactivating them, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

    If deactivating all plugins doesn’t help the issue try switching themes to one of the default WordPress themes then look at the page (this can be done under the Appearance tab of your install). It’s possible the theme is causing errors.
