Twitter feed not working with pretty permalinks

    I’ve just recently switched pretty permalinks on for my site and all is going well, a few image link issues but nothing major. However the one problem I am having is with my Twitter feed. At first I thought it was just the javascript files not lining up but after taking a look they seem to be fine, also it works on my homepage but not the rest … so that leaves me rather confused!

    Anyone come across that problem before or anyone who can point me in the right direction? I’d be extreamly thankful!
