Twitter Feed Not Working

Our Twitter feeds went down as well. We use Flow-Flow on more than one site and all of them are now showing an error stating that they are unable to authenticate.

Any update on a solution?

Hi – Is there any update on this issue with the Twitter feed? I saw there was an update for the plugin and I upgraded, but I still see the same error message.

I join the complaint, I think we can buy the api between the 3, will it be possible? that’s how it works out cheap

You currently have access to a subset of Twitter API v2 endpoints and limited v1.1 endpoints (e.g. media post, oauth) only. If you need access to this endpoint, you may need a different access level. You can learn more here: https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/product

For those who are affected, I heard back from a FlowFlow author today via email:

Hello, since management “genius” Musk came into power and killed free READ-ONLY access to Twitter API, to get a Twitter wall on your website, you must pay Twitter $100 monthly https://developer.twitter.com/en/products/twitter-api

Most of our target audience is small business WordPress website owners, and 98% of them won’t pay $100 per month just to embed a Twitter wall. So we’re considering dropping its support entirely. Other feed types are operable for sure.

We understand your frustration, that’s a shameful case, but it is what it is.
