Twitter Feed Not Loading

    From the beginning, after I added “Clinique Latest Tweets” to the website, it always says, “The RSS feed for this twitter account is not loadable for the moment.” “Clinique Latest Tweets” is not a plugin or added code but is a widget, if I have that correct.

    Is there something I am supposed to do within the WordPress backend or Twitter to make it work? The site is https://www.colorectalsurgeryoflongisland.com and the problem is near the bottom left of the site. Thank you!!

    Hi,

    Judging by the name of that widget I’m going to presume it’s built into your theme, I had a quick look and I see that it’s a premium theme so I’m afraid we won’t be able to help too much here.

    You should try contacting the theme author regarding this issue, as they will be better equipped to help with problems that arise in their theme.

    It looks like the theme author has not been answering questions since September of last year. Is there any other help with this issue you can direct me to?
