I’ve tried 5 times to start a new thread on the so-called “support” forums for SlickRemix without success. I cannot get FtS to display Twitter correctly. Here’s an example URL. I have the paid version, so I would expect MUCH BETTER support.

Please let me know what you need from me to fix it.

Meanwhile, please fix your forums since they are my only avenue to so-called “support”.

www.remarpro.com has been undergoing some recent updates so support questions have not been coming through as they should. I don’t have control over this forum, but if you are having troubles you can always use our forum too. As you can see we are very active in helping from our forum responses with paying customers and not, many times helping way more non paying customers ?? https://www.slickremix.com/support-forum/forum/feed-them-social-2/

I would be really glad to help you out though as we did just make a recent update that may be affecting things. Do you have your Twitter Access Tokens in place on the Twitter Options page of the plugin? Your feed should be looking something like this. Try adding your name to see if it works. https://feedthemsocial.com/twitter-feed-demo/

We stand by our plugin 100% so if you want help we are always glad to assist! Hope to hear from you.

I have the same problem. I can only view embedded tweet-media in my twitterfeed, but no text.

Update: Upgrade to free version 2.0.8 solved the problem

I’m going to make a version push for this today, but if you delete and reinstall 2.0.8 you will be good to go! Don’t forget to empty the cache.

Same here, I tried to manually add CSS to force the content to show but it isn’t populating in the source code at all.

Upgrade to version 2.0.9 and that should fix the problem.

Version 2.0.9 is still not showing any text for tweets other than the date and icons below. Will a complete fix be issued for this?

@tderouindesign sounds like you might be having another issue. Can you please start a new thread, make sure and empty the cache on your plugin too. If that does not work, try deleting and reinstalling the plugin.
