Twitter Error

    Hello,

    Great plugin! Thank you.

    I’m recently having issues with the Twitter portion. It used to work since I set it up over a year ago. I have not changed the settings (until I redid them recently to try and get this to work), but maybe the last WordPress update changed something? I keep getting the “Site is getting Technical Issues” when trying to login via Twitter. I’ve tried different Twitter logins, all the same issue. Google and Facebook logins work just fine. The error is temporary as the site continues to run just fine.

    I went into the config file to debug and this is the error.

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class OAuthException, because the name is already in use in /home2/XXXXX/public_html/xxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/accesspress-social-login-lite/twitter/OAuth.php on line 8

    Any suggestions? I redid the settings in Social Login Lite and Twitter API, same results.

    I couldn’t find any other topics about it here.

    Thank you for writing in.

    It seems the issue was the conflict with any other plugin or theme with the same class being called. We have now replaced the name of the class to a different one, so it shouldn’t cause the issue. And we have also updated our plugin to www.remarpro.com as well.

    Can you please once and get back to us and inform us either the plugin worked or any additional support as well.

    Hi,

    I updated the plug-in this morning and verified I can login via Twitter with numerous different accounts! This solved the problem. Thank you.
