Twitter Embed doesn't work in comments?

Hello,

I recently moved from a wordpress.com to a self-hosted wordpress blog. One of the things that is broken is that twitter embeds ( https://en.support.wordpress.com/twitter/twitter-embeds/ ) are not working in the comments section. Is there any known plugin that will enable such a feature?
