    I am unable to get two of my clients’ sites to show the metadata for Twitter using this plugin. Therefore, the validator will not validate.

    Was your issue that you did not see the metadata in the source, or was the issue something else?

    No – I can see the metadata in the source, but when I test using the validator tool (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator) it says ‘Invalid card type’.

    Not sure why this is!

    Scrap that, it’s working now. I guess it must just take a bit of time to start working.

    I’m having trouble with the same thing at https://www.johnrothra.com. I entered my Twitter name (jrothra – no @ used), chose “Summary.” All I get on Twitter is “invalid card type.”

    It looks like the issue is hit and miss — it fails, but suddenly works. ??
