It seems that you have kept your twitter profile url instead of username in the plugin settings.So to get it working properly please keep the username of your twitter profile i.e top10archives

We just checked in your site and the count is showing properly as per your twitter account total followers numbers.May be it was not showing due to cache.And default cache period is 24 hours if you haven’t set any in the cache settings.
