Twitter authentication broken

It’s true. Twitter authentification doesn’t function.

This is the process:
1)User click on twitter button.
2)User is redirected to twitter authentification url.
3)User puts his login and password
4) twitter auhentification page informs about the correct login and redirects to new page
5) wordpress login page is showed again
loop time!

Can someone help us?

Yes please we need help with this. Has anyone fixed it yet?

Now when a user Joins with Twitter it creates an account on my site but it takes no information from Twitter. So I have lots of users called:

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Obviously there’s something wrong with our latest version. I’ve let the developers know and they’ll be fixing it as soon as they can.

Is the latest update this fix? It does not say what was in the changelog for 2.0.2.

The issue is fixed.

The authentication failure was due to deprecation of Twitter API version 1.0. We have updated the plugin to use new version of Twitter API. Please have a try.
