    Hey everybody!

    As you are surely aware, Twitter recently announced that they will revoke free access to their API. We are working quickly to investigate how this will affect our plugin and customers. We have not received any information from Twitter other than what is publicly available, but we intend to do whatever is possible to adjust to the changes and are already working on potential workarounds for this.     Should there be any downtime in plugin service we apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience caused – we are working on this as quickly as we can!

  • I presume this is why I get “no credentials” on a blank page when I try to connect this widget to my Twitter account?

    Hi @newrone,

    Thank you for contacting us! It’s possible that this is related to the API changes, but also, sometimes when you initially try to connect you will get that message the first time, but then if you immediately go back and try again, it will work the second time.

    If you keep getting the same message, it likely is related to a problem on the side of the Twitter API. In this case, we could help investigate further if you send us a support request here.
