Twitter and Facebook widgets are not working

    I’m trying to use the facebook and twitter widgets from elementor. I do everything to create my API keys, and get the page IDs and such, and the widgets will both work correctly when I initially set it up. However, after a few days both widgets broke and stopped displaying recent posts. Support from essential addons told me to extend my access token, which I did.

    That made the facebook feed display for another few days, before it stopped working again.

    Twitter has been working, and then not working, and then working again, absolutely randomly, without me touching anything, so the problem does not lie with me.

    I have a client whos pretty upset that their social feeds are not showing up on their site so any help would be appreciated. I’m not sure why these widgets don’t work correctly.

    Hi @evanpoliquin ,

    Hope you’re doing good.
    First of all, for the Facebook Feed widget, I would recommend you to create a new app and create a new access token by following this doc firstly: https://essential-addons.com/elementor/docs/social-elements/facebook-feed/

    After that, please create a long-lived access token by following this doc and use this newly generated access token in your widget: https://essential-addons.com/elementor/docs/extend-access-token-facebook/

    It should work actually!

    Regarding the Twitter issue that you mentioned, It seems strange actually. I went through your website and it seems fine on my end. However, we will investigate from our end. If we found any issue we will definitely solve this on our plugin.

    Hi, I’m having issues with the Twitter widget (Edit Twitter Feed).
    I’ve added it months ago and everything was working fine. Now the recent tweets widget is not displaying anything (nothing has been modified).
