    Hi.

    It all depends on the video service provider offers any way for us to detect users watching videos. For example when it comes to YouTube, I use the YouTube iframe API to detect users watching a video in order to give points. Same for Vimeo videos which is available via a premium plugin. If Twitch has a similar API then support could be added but if there is no API then it be very tricky if not impossible.

    Thanks for your quick and thorough reply. Sadly this is not my field of expertise so I’m not certain if this is exactly what you need but below is the link to the Twitch.TV web developer API:

    Our end goal is to allow our visitors to accumulate points while interacting with the website and our official stream and then if possible, use those points to bet on Twitch matches or enter giveaways. Long shot I know :/ lol

    I was wondering if anybody is still looking into this? Twitch does have a api system.
