Twitch Plugin with a specific feature

We’re still working on the site, and we’re looking to add Twitch integration to it. Embedding our own channel or top channels seems to be easy enough, but I’m wondering if there is a plugin out there that can do one specific thing.

What I’m after is the ability to follow specific games on Twitch and show a widget with a list of channels streaming that game. The plugins I’ve found all seem to be channel focused, and not game focused. So if anyone knows of something that can do this, let me know.
