You may have a different problem, or perhaps a conflict with another plugin.

Please email [email protected] with the link you’re trying to use, plus details of any other editor tools or page builder you use.

Issue has not been resolved. Even accessing the main page without any browser plugins, the Twitch video is not loading.

I’ll just change my rating to reflect the support. Thanks.

@dapurplesharpie please contact us directly as we asked: [email protected]. It’s a real time-killer for developers to come over to www.remarpro.com.

And please remove that bad review. We were waiting for you to email us as requested.

It looks like Twitch made a sudden change to their embeds, retiring some old code.

We’re working on this and hope to have an update today that will solve this.

    Version 2.1.4 fixes this problem.

Issue has been resolved in latest update.

I wouldn’t have rated it negatively if not for having my support ticket closed after being told the issue was not existent and being directed to a site where the issue was still occurring and having no response to my email.

I don’t typically rate plugins negatively as I understand that developers are busy and have more attentive issues, but the response to this issue, essentially blaming the user was very irksome.

    I’ve removed my rating.
    Thank you.
