    There we installed your plugin and integrated with stripe. Stripe recently added TWINT as a paying method, which is very popular in Switzerland. But I have seen that this method of payment is not present in your plugin: or is it us that aren’t seen it in the WC list of available paying methods?
    If it’s your plugin that doesn’t yet integrate with that, do you plan to add it in the near future? If yes, do you have an ETA?

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    We can understand your concern. The TWINT payment method is not added to the local payment methods in our plugin. However, if you enable TWINT in your Stripe account, you should be able to use it when you choose Stripe checkout as a payment method on the checkout page.

    We haven’t received many requests about TWINT. If we receive more requests for TWINT and it’s feasible for us to implement it in the plugin, we will consider adding it to the local payment methods in the future.

    Hello, thanks for your advice, we tried that but actually it doesn’t happens.

    I got in touch with stripe about that, and they pushed back to you about the following problem.
    From our analysis they are right, it’s not a stripe problem.
    When you click on “checkout via stripe” on the checkout page (ie. through your plugin), the link that opens up (on checkout.stripe.com) includes an “only cards” parameter… therefore the other paying methods are NOT displaying!!

    I list here below the Stripe’s answer regarding this problem.

    ollowing up and for the information provided. I would like to mention that it is necessary to involve WooCommerce and your checkout plugin in this discussion. The issue appears to be caused by incorrect information being sent from WooCommerce.

    We can observe this in the response body received from WooCommerce, which we have no control over. For example, see this link from Stripe’s dashboard:

    The checkout system is only receiving “card” as the payment method type, which affects its availability.

    We understand the situation. If possible, share your system status report from WooCommerce -> Status -> System Status -> Get System Report. Additionally, verify that the Send line items to Stripe option is enabled in the Stripe Checkout tab in the plugin settings.

    We regret to inform you that our current plugin exclusively facilitates card payments through the Stripe checkout system. Additional payment methods are made available in the premium version of our plugin. Regrettably, accommodating support for Twint is not feasible at this time. We trust that you comprehend our position on this matter.
