twig help – if/else

Anyone have a tip on how to do this twig correct(I have the pro version)? Trying to understand what I am doing wrong(low on coding experience):

<td><center>{radiant_win}{% if true %} {radiant_name} {% elseif false %} {dire_name}{% endif %}</center></td>

The response from json is {radian_win} either true or false. I want to point it to the {radiant_name} if it is true. {dire_name} if it comes with false.
