• I’m working on a site, which I thought I had finished, except the menu disappears when I go to mobile or shrink the width of my browser on my computer. The site is dependabledogs.com

I put a yellow background on the menu, just so I could be sure that something was acknowledging the menu area. I’m going to take it away as soon as possible. I change the font size on the menu bar to small, and the menu still disappeared–and it doesn’t seem to be the size of the menu items that makes the difference. Even with the smaller font, the menu turned off completely when I decreased its width to 640px mark.

I can see in the code that there is supposed to be an
Menu
, but this doesn’t seem to be working.

Should it be toggling to the Menu pulldown at 640 pixels? Is that what is supposed to happen? Is there somewhere that that setting should be set?

Well, with the dependabledogs.com site, I’m not positive what I did right, but I now have the best I think I can get, which is that pulldown menu bar. So it is now toggling.

Is there someway to just get the menu to shrink, inline, rather than use this toggle option?
