Twentyfourteen ie8/ie9 problem

  • The demo of the new theme Twentyfourteen seems to work fine on ie8 and ie9 testing it with browserstack but the site I’m developing doesn’t. It may well be that I have broken it but I cant’ figure out why.

    Looks to me that there is html5.js (or modernizr somewhere) in the original theme that makes the html5 understandable for ie8 and 9.

    It might be also the plugins I’m using but I’m guessing those scripts don’t work like in the original theme for some reason.
