On the Pages panel, for my pages, I have chosen “Full width template, no sidebar” – but I can’t seem to get ride of the sidebar on the blog page. It has been removed on every page except the blog page, which still shows side widgets.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

    What theme are you using?

Hi, I am using Twenty-Twelve theme (sorry I put that in subject line but forgot to re-iterate that in my question)

Sorry, I meant to ask what WP version are you using?

The latest version, I just installed in 2 weeks ago.

…sidebar…has been removed on every page except the blog page, which still shows side widgets.

Have the widgets been removed from the sidebar? I know very little about how even my own Twenty Twelve works, and it does seem a bit quirky at times. However, I think I remember reading something about the Sidebar or Footers only showing up when something is in them…and I think some or all of that depends upon having a certain static page selected.

You are right! That did it! Thank you!

Cool beans, and you are most welcome.
