Twenty Twelve Table Padding

Hey, I’m helping a friend with a website and I cant get images in a table to show up without white space around them.

I’ve just put an html table in the page content with the text editor.

On another site I got this working with another theme, but using twenty twelve the padding shows when using exactly the same html.

I have tried removing padding, margin, cell spacing, text size for table, tr, td and img but don’t seem to have any luck.

Any ideas?
