I’m trying to align the top of .site-header across
    -Safari 6.0.2
    -Chrome 23.0.1271.95
    -Firefox 17.0.1

In Safari and Chrome, there is about 5px space above .site-header and the top of the browser window.

In Firefox, .site-header is flush against the top.

Can anyone see what is adding the space in Safari and Chrome?

Please advise how to remove it.

(I would prefer not to use absolute positioning for .site-header if possible.)
