Thanks, I have already read this article but cannot find this “<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width” /> “in the child theme.

Using the code in the link you provided does make the theme unresponsive but the text in the wrapper does not fill up the whole page.

Your thoughts are appreciated.
