Twenty Twelve Multiple tags

The Bing Webmaster analyzer says that there are two <h1> tags:

One in the header and one in the image in the body of the text.

How do I eliminate the <h1> tag in the image? Here is a copy of the message:

There are multiple <h1> tags on the page.

Recommended Action:
Remove redundant <h1> tags from the page source, so that only one <h1> tag exists.
