Twenty twelve – how to put a mast head with links into my header

Here’s my site https://www.rupertallan.com. I have used the accordion slider plugin conditional shortcode to allow a slider menu to show in the header of specific pages of the site but somewhere along the way have changed the CSS so that the site title is no longer visible in any of the site. Is there any way I can change this? I would like to have the site title and my linkable contact details centered above the slider in the header on all pages of the site (the ones without the slider header too).
