  • Quick question: When commenting out

    the_post_thumnbnail()

    does that mean all the Featured Image features are disabled? Or only the image appearing at the top of the post in TwentyTwelve?

    I had the same issue the OP had, and I like Featured Image and ONLY want to prevent the image from appearing at the top of the post. Everything else Featured Image does is fine. Because I don’t understand code that well, I don’t specifically know what commenting that bit of code does, and wanted to ask. Thanks!

    Im using featured image in twentytwelve and it just doesnt work nothing happens nothing appears

    As per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic. Posting in an existing topic prevents us from being able to track issues by topic. Added to which, your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.

    Sorry esmi i have done elsewhere but got no answer just saw it here just cant understand how to change the branding image using the featured image in twentytwelve for different pages ill post a new topic. ??

    Thanks esmi, and good luck Mark, I hope you find a solution!

    If anyone has any ideas or info for the Featured Image issue I have, I’d love to hear them!

    when i comment the post thumbnail in content.php, it also delted the thumbnail from the category archive…

    I also am still looking for workable solution for featured image in twenty twelve.
    I want a new image to appear on main image banner every time a new navigation button is selected to go to a new page. I have this message posted in related topics but have not got a workable solution yet.

    @dgrylas – please stop posting in other people’s or old threads – that’s not how these forums work – stick with YOUR thread here:
